Eco-Humanhood

A few years back Dr. Ram Takwale, the then vice chancellor of 'Indira Gandhi National Open University' invited me to give an exposition on, " 'Prayog Pariwar' an Ultimate Approach to Open Learning." N. Viittal was in the chair. In my exposition I presented Prayog Pariwar as a new type of, 'Invisible Open University Network' trying to reach each one in the society, not by the process of teaching but by the process of meeting of the minds [that is by remaining always with them]. While giving exposition on what PP takes as ultimate I observed till today, Humanity has earned two ultimate gifts. The most recent gift for mankind was given by Abraham Lincoln as democracy, is the rule, 'Of the people', 'By the people' and 'For the people'. But now we must add 'With the People' in it. The second gift was from the French Revolution, 'Liberty', 'Equality', 'Fraternity', as birthright of each of us. But without 'Equity', all these three become less effective. The present system of employment has created class called educated qualified as also unqualified & service till late age sixty. But now new knowledge makes old knowledge outdated. So as in the army they have to retire at the age of forty. Later on they should become self-employed. Then they too will keep venturing in search of new techniracies for self-employment. Such equity in services will remove the problem of unemployment as well as make each one a scientist in search of new techniracies & ventures .

According to PP one can have real self-employment only in one's neighborhood. Each neighborhood will need to have their own Pyramid of energy. In nature's ecosystem nature has evolved its ecosystem where tiger is at the top of the pyramid of food energy chain. Our pyramid of prosperous life is advanced industrial life in our neighborhood. We get Sun energy that is a weak type of energy. Then comes the second level of fuel steam and animal energy. Next comes furnace energy, wind energy, flowing or falling water energy, Solar thermal energy, At the top comes alcohol type high energy or electricity generated by various methods. Thus with new Economical Equity demand in employments, the senior aged class will be required to be self employed. PP is now interacting with, 'Vishwa Infotech', Village computerizing techniracies and Computer Peer venture search. Narmada Cement had come forward in a search of tapping the potential of various possible Peer venture cells in different areas of life. The results are very similar as mentioned in the first Swashray venture.

In very simple term it is taking Global knowledge to any locale. It is Glocalisation of knowledge to earn global prosperity in one's neighborhood. It will realize the vision of our visionaries
